Empowering Financial Confidence

At Next Play CPA, we believe every child deserves a financial game plan, no matter their background.

Our curriculums are fresh, engaging, and story-driven, not another dry textbook added to a crowded school day. Built from extensive research across multiple state standards, every lesson is designed to stick, especially for students who are too often left out of traditional financial education.

From elementary to high school, our programs don’t just teach finance; they tell a story. In our elementary series, relatable characters like Demi and Dezi guide students through money moves that feel real and fun. In our high school resources, teens explore scenarios that mirror their own lives, gaining skills they can put to work right away.

Most importantly, we believe a child’s emotional relationship with money should start early. When students feel confident and in control, they build better habits and better futures. That means not only learning how to budget, save, and plan, but also developing a healthy mindset that views money as a tool for choices, freedom, and opportunity.

Everything we create is teacher-ready, culturally responsive, and built to engage, all with zero prep required. Whether it’s budgeting, credit, saving, or planning ahead, our books, tools, and simulations turn financial concepts into everyday confidence.

Next Play CPA was founded by Stephany Henderson, CPA, MBA, who grew up attending city schools where financial literacy was not always taught. Her passion is to ensure today’s children, especially those in marginalized communities, gain the opportunities and financial advantages she didn’t.

We’re not just teaching money, we’re changing the game.

Understanding money is more than math. It’s about building a confident relationship with money that shapes the future every child deserves.
